Key Responsibilities
* Lead clinical development strategy and execution for Phase II/III neurology programs
* Provide medical oversight for ongoing and planned clinical trials
* Drive protocol development, study design, and regulatory documentation
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Biometrics, and external partners
* Support global regulatory interactions with agencies including EMA and FDA
* Engage with investigators, KOLs, CROs, and scientific advisors
* Contribute to clinical publications and scientific presentations
Requirements
* MD or equivalent medical degree
* Prior clinical development experience within biotech/pharma
* Experience leading Phase II and/or Phase III studies
* Strong background in neurology clinical development
* Deep understanding of clinical trial design and regulatory requirements
* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced small biotech environment
Preferred
* Board certification in Neurology
* Rare disease and/or orphan drug experience
* Prior experience in small or mid-sized biotech companies
