Job Description Within the Technical Direction Team, you will develop technical documentation and mechanical designs for water treatment equipment by creating 2D/3D models, manufacturing drawings, and associated documentation, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, project deadlines, and quality standards established by the company.s. As a CAD Engineer, your main tasks will be to:
Develop complex 2D and 3D models of water treatment equipment, ensuring design optimization using specialized software.
Perform structural calculations and analyses of equipment and mechanical components, ensuring their integrity and compliance with applicable regulations.
Implement technical solutions for complex projects, including material strength analysis, fatigue studies, and mechanical simulations.
Prepare technical specifications and advanced manufacturing drawings, incorporating structural calculation results and project-specific requirements.
Provide specialized technical support in resolving complex problems during manufacturing and assembly, including structural modifications.
Collaborate in the development of new products, contributing expertise in mechanical design and structural calculations.
Perform technical validations of supplier and customer documentation, evaluating critical structural and mechanical aspects.
Implement and maintain design standards and technical documentation, following established best practices.
Qualifications
Educational background: Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
5 years of experience in similar positions.
Specific knowledge: Windchill, PTC/Creo, AutoCAD 3D, Autodesk.
Language: The candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish (is Mandatory)
