What We’re Looking For
* Industry Experience Advantage: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the plastics/chemical industry. Candidates with in-depth knowledge of the properties, application scenarios, and market dynamics of general plastics, engineering plastics, or special engineering plastics are preferred, as this will enable faster alignment with role requirements and shorter adaptation periods.
* Core Market Development Skills: Strong ability to develop customer resources. Whether it’s accurately identifying the potential needs of diverse clients, optimizing the value of existing customer partnerships, or breaking into new client bases from scratch to unlock niche regional markets—your insight, communication skills, and execution are the core competencies we urgently need to expand our presence in Spain.
* Relevant Professional Background: Candidates with a academic background in Basic Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering, combined with 1-2 years of sales experience, are ideal. This "technical + sales" hybrid advantage allows you to quickly grasp product technical details and accurately meet customer needs, with minimal industry adaptation required—making you our key target talent!
