As a Product Marketing Manager for Onsite Events at Amazon Business, you drive cross-channel campaigns and experiences for enterprise customers in the EU during pivotal events like Prime Day and Back-to-School. You partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Tech to optimize campaigns at scale through experimentation. You’ll shape strategies for educational institutions and administrators to maximize budgets at key academic moments. This role blends fast-paced execution with strategic planning, offering the chance to influence how buyers and sellers engage during peak periods.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop cross-channel campaigns and CX strategies for onsite events (End of Academic Year, Back to School)
• Collaborate with enterprise sales to integrate marketing plans reaching customers before, during, and after peak periods
• Capture customer feedback and optimize experiences through research and anecdotes
• Identify merchandising/marketing gaps and design A/B test plans
• Track KPIs to measure campaign and initiative success
• Coordinate with tech and operations on process automation and execution
• Create processes to gather inputs from partner teams and communicate deadlines
• Manage and report project status and outcomes to leaders, including lessons learned and action xpzdshu plans
Responsabilidades
• Experience in professional non-internship marketing
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and visualization
• Proven track record in building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
