Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of government accounts, developing long-term strategic relationships while managing the entire customer journey. This is an opportunity to join a scaling company with global reach, where success is recognised and rewarded.
This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in Spain.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of government accounts - Develop strategic client relationships to drive retention and expansion - Guide customers through the full journey, from onboarding to ongoing support - Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of solutions - Identify and deliver strategic plans to expand partnerships within accounts
The Successful Candidate
- 5+ years SaaS sales experience - Experience in account management is required - Must have sold SaaS into law enforcements, governmental agencies, or the public sector - Must be fluent German speaker - Based in Spain
Senior Account Manager Package
- Basic salary: up to €100,000 - OTE: +20% - Healthcare options - Access to benefits platform - 30 days annual leave
