Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Grifols’ strategic alliances and corporate development in China, shaping cross-unit growth and collaboration with key partners. You will coordinate strategy, participate in steering committees, and represent the company in institutional forums, aligning China activities with headquarters. You’ll identify growth opportunities, drive innovation partnerships, and manage competitive intelligence to support market expansion. This position offers the chance to influence major partnerships and governance at a global scale, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• POC for strategic alliance development beyond albumin distribution
• Lead and coordinate China-wide business u0026 corporate strategy including alliances
• Participate in Steering Committees u0026 Working Groups (Quality, Plasma, Ru0026D, Industrial)
• Represent Grifols China in institutional forums and with government officials
• Co-lead, define and develop China business strategy across all business units
• Scout Chinese companies for BD activities and innovation partnerships
• Accelerate Albumin and other blood product innovation projects in China with partners
• Lead competitive intelligence in China to identify partners and strategic options
• Engage with China team, HQ stakeholders, legal advisors, and strategic partners; lead a team in China
Responsabilidades
• Life Sciences background
• +10 years in healthcare companies in scientific, marketing or business development roles with international exposure
• Scientific, Marketing and Business Development experience valued
• Fluent in English
• Valuable startup and/or consulting profiles
• Position based in Grifols Headquarter in Spain, may require travel to China
• Excellent organization, time-management and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication, discretion, and leadership capabilities
