Job Description We're looking for a Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of a dynamic Adtech group with multiple international business lines. Reporting to the holding's CFO, you'll oversee accounting, treasury, FinOps, and HR coordination while leading a small team. The role offers real autonomy from day one, with structured processes and a team already in place. Based in Barcelona under a hybrid model, this position has direct visibility with group leadership and clear growth potential. Responsibilities: Oversee accounting, monthly close, treasury management, and forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting to the holding with agreed KPIs. Manage the existing operational model, control costs by business line, and optimize administrative processes in coordination with FinOps support. Coordinate payroll, variable compensation, and HR administration (leaves, onboarding/offboarding) with the external labor advisory. Lead and develop the accounting and treasury team, defining priorities, distributing tasks, and supporting their professional growth. Act as the key interlocutor with tax advisors, auditors, and the holding's CFO. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluent English (spoken and written) — essential for operating in an international environment. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as Finance Manager, Controller, or similar role, with proven expertise in accounting, treasury, and management control. Experience managing small teams (2–5 people) in international or multicultural settings. Strong command of ERP systems, advanced Excel, and reporting platforms. Resolutive profile, comfortable adapting to fast-changing environments; experience in tech, startups, or multi-entity groups is a plus.
