Outbound Sales Representative – responsible for connecting with prospective customers, promoting and upselling products and services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Receives industry‑leading training to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately
Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
Customer‑focused, empathetic, and solution‑oriented
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Conditions of Employment
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint; job offers are contingent on investigation results

Physical Requirements
Professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary, required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally need to move around the office, reach in any direction, lift up to forty pounds, and use office equipment such as phone, copier, and printer.
