Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Regional Total Rewards Director to join the Global Total Rewards team in Barcelona. The role will champion the employee experience across Delivery Hero’s European brands, helping to attract, develop, and retain top talent. The position requires a visionary leader to orchestrate Total Rewards strategy, manage compensation and benefits, and drive innovation through data and technology.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives, ensuring compliance and bringing industry best practices.
* Recruit and manage talent for the regional TR teams, guiding them to high performance while maintaining company culture.
* Align regional compensation teams and CHROs with the new strategy.
* Define, develop and communicate the new TR process, integrating necessary systems and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Design and implement the product/system to support the new process.
* Ensure strategy adoption across all entities.
* Manage regional benefits strategy and vendors to deliver optimal EVP for employees.
* Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in Total Rewards, especially within high‑growth tech or multi‑brand environments.
* Ownership of the European rewards landscape, driving solutions from ideation to delivery.
* Leadership skills that build inclusive, high‑performing teams.
* Hands‑on experience with Workday or similar solutions for pay‑review cycles.
* Strong understanding of job architecture, salary ranges, pay equity, and analytic modeling.
* Ability to design systems that are fair, transparent, and bias‑free.
