Travel Care are hiring Senior Assistance Coordinators for our offices in Fuengirola and Torrevieja, Spain.

Role Overview
As a Senior Assistance Coordinator, you will manage complex assistance cases, including medical cases and transports, while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with global partners and work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and empathy are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide guidance on insurance coverage
- Manage medical cases and arrange medical transports
- Coordinate with travel agencies and healthcare providers
- Ensure timely and effective assistance for customers worldwide
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in travel assistance or related fields
- Education in tourism, healthcare, law, or related areas is an advantage
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages and strong English skills
- Additional languages are a plus

- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- Structured, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong work ethics
