HVN Labs are a UK based drone company developing next generationdrone swarm solutions, using cutting-edge engineering and Artificial Intelligence to enable new possibilities in flight, navigation and control. With the global drone entertainment market projected to reach $3 billion by 2030, this is your opportunity to launch and scale the HVN Labs franchise in your region.

We’re looking for a Managing Director to launch and grow the HVN Drone Shows business in the United States, driving commercial success, building the team and developing partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raise investment from high-net-worth individuals and organizations globally
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts in the investment and business communities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities globally
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement business strategies
- Proven track record of raising investment and building integral networks
- Strong connections and relationships with high-net-worth individuals and organizations globally
- Experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in multiple languages (an advantage)

The HVN Labs Drone System is a fully supported ‘drone-show-in-a-box’ solution with centralised training, support, and software updates. As a Managing Director, you’ll have full ownership of your region, while benefiting from our patent pending designs, manufacturing processes, software systems and content animations libraries, plus annual training, ongoing new product R&D;, and group-wide insurance and safety management.

As a Country Manager you will gain:

- Drone show fleet and associated show equipment.

- Comprehensive Business Support: Receive full operational support for the franchise this includes training, and sales assistance to ensure rapid scalability and profitability

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the company's growth and sales strategy
- Launch and scale HVN’s drone show operation in the USA
- Secure funding for launch, either through commercial contracts or other funding approaches.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and growth plans for the region
- Work closely with the founding team to prioritise product roadmap and features for the franchise.
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, and revenue generation
- Help build and manage a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members for the franchise
- Develop and maintain key relationships with investors, partners and key stakeholders
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking meetings
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer need to inform business decisions
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business growth
- Investors and business leaders looking to capitalise on the growing drone show market.
- Entrepreneurs with a background in tech, events, or media ready to disrupt the industry.
- Event operators, venue owners, or hospitality professionals looking to expand into tech-powered entertainment.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration
