Role Overview
Responsible for processing new account applications for the German market in line with anti-money laundering regulations, using various strategies, tools, and systems.
Key Tasks
* Deliver world-class customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving problems via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and system processing.
* Support customers through the application process, including processing and analyzing applications.
* Complete anti-money laundering and risk verifications on new account applications.
* Build meaningful relationships with customers by offering tailored solutions and negotiating positive outcomes.
* Meet and exceed quality, compliance, and productivity targets.
* Navigate data entry systems and relevant applications efficiently.
* Uphold Data Protection and Privacy standards.
* Update systems accurately, identify process gaps, and escalate issues.
* Adapt to changing priorities and work environment.
* Collaborate effectively as a team player and solution-oriented professional.
Minimum Qualifications
* Fluent in German (written and oral).
* Maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
* Proficient in navigating multiple systems and digital tools.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of KYC and KYB processes.
* Intermediate English and/or Spanish skills.
* Experience with local anti-money laundering regulations.
* Customer service experience in the German market is a plus.
* Goal-oriented, KPI-driven mindset.
* Passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
