The Role As a Sales Manager at Growave, you'll play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth across the EU and US markets. You'll manage both inbound and outbound leads, build relationships with e Commerce brands, and help them unlock the full potential of Growave's platform. What You'll Do
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals. Conduct intro and demo calls with prospective clients in English and Spanish (other European languages are a plus). Identify client needs, goals, and pain points to position Growave effectively. Convert leads into long-term clients and expand existing subscriptions. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Support, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams for a seamless client journey. Maintain and develop key accounts, including partner agencies. Track progress in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and ensure accurate sales forecasting. Stay up-to-date with e Commerce trends and competitor offerings.
About You
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or BDR/SDR roles within Saa S, Shopify, or e Commerce industries - required. Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages like French, German, or Portuguese are a plus). Strong skills in sales strategy, communication, and relationship building. Goal-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable using CRM and sales tools. Adaptable and effective in a remote, cross-time-zone environment.
