Under the responsibility of the French Finance Department, you'll be reporting to the accounting manager based in a Klépierre country and will be the guarantor of the correct application of the group's accounting policies and of the correctness accounting of the companies within your scope: daily monitoring of accounting operations in accordance with the group accounting policy;
record and follow up the fixed assets (acquisition and sells, amortization...)
control and validate the bank reconciliation
work on Group transversal processes (validation of Business Partners data...).
preparation of the quarterly reporting accounting package in accordance with the group policy;
prepare the intragroup reconciliation;
You will be in close cooperation and have to guarantee good relationship with the rental, management control, vendors accounting and treasury department.
3-5 years in a company as a general accountant or in an accounting consultant firm.
~ Knowledge of the real estate company is a plus
~ SAP experience is a must
~ Spoken and written English is required
French speaking is not mandatory but is a plus
