Production Control Leader – Airbus Defence and Space
Location: Tablada (Sevilla), Spain
Job Description:
We have an opening for a Production Control Leader. Responsibilities include preparing feasible production schedule scenarios for assembly and in-house parts, managing MRP results, creating and releasing work orders, and generating dashboards and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare weekly production schedules and MPS routines.
* Consider customer need dates, actual production schedule, backlog, availability of manpower, machines, material, and technical & quality topics.
* Check MRP results and manage work order processes from plan order to release.
* Generate dashboards (workload/manpower balance, WiP analysis, planning adherence, KPIs).
* Use the official planning and scheduling tool.
Qualifications:
* Education in Engineering or a related discipline.
* At least 3 years of experience in Planning and Control.
* Strong SAP knowledge.
* Adaptable to new topics and business.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proactive with innovative ideas.
* Advanced level in English and Spanish.
