In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first-line compliance partner for our Wealth & Trading business You'll be reviewing and advising on marketing communications and financial promotions across Europe, while partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and other key stakeholders.You'll ensure all customer-facing communications are fair, clear, not misleading, and fully compliant with applicable regulations, while still enabling fast-paced product launches and growth.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let’s get in touch.What you'll be doing- Acting as a first-line compliance partner for Wealth & Trading, with a primary focus on marketing communications and financial promotions- Reviewing and approving marketing materials to ensure they are fair, clear, balanced, and not misleading, with appropriate risk disclosures and disclaimers- Advising on the regulatory differences between marketing materials, investment research, and investment advice, and how each should be treated in practice- Working closely with Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to explain regulatory requirements and co-create compliant, business-friendly solutions- Supporting product launches by embedding compliance considerations early in the process- Applying MiFID II/MiFIR requirements across marketing communications and different European jurisdictions- Maintaining effective governance processes, policies, and controls related to communications and financial promotions- Taking a pragmatic, collaborative approach to compliance that enables the business while upholding regulatory standardsWhat you'll need- 3+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles within financial services- Exposure to financial promotions, marketing materials, or investment communications- Familiarity with MiFID II/MiFIR or related EU regulations- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills- A willingness to continuously develop and improve your knowledge/skills
