At Lubrizol, we are transforming the beauty and home care industries through science, innovation, and customer intimacy. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist Europe to lead strategic and operational marketing initiatives across our Beauty & Home Care business.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a marketing professional who combines strong category expertise, technical understanding, and hands-on project leadership to deliver impactful innovation and successful go-to-market execution across Europe.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead strategic and operational marketing activities across Beauty & Home Care in Europe, ensuring alignment with integral priorities and regional commercial needs
- Act as a cross-category technical and market expert, leveraging consumer insights, technology advancements, and competitive intelligence to shape strategies and innovation
- Drive execution of key innovation and renovation projects in close collaboration with R&D;, technical service, regional marketing, and commercial teams
- Support pipeline development and go-to-market execution to deliver business growth
- Manage end-to-end project workflows, ensuring timely delivery, operational excellence, and adherence to internal processes
- Contribute to capability building by sharing deep expertise in category dynamics, formulation principles, and ingredient technologies
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across global, regional, technical, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution
- Lead the planning and execution of trade shows and industry events, including concept development, messaging, content creation, coordination, and post-event analysis
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- Solid technical and category expertise in beauty, cosmetics, and/or home care, with the ability to translate technical insights into compelling marketing narratives
- Proven experience in regional or global marketing, technical marketing, or product development within relevant industries
- Demonstrated experience contributing to or leading trade shows, exhibitions, or major industry events, with strong storytelling and execution capabilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strategic and analytical mindset, capable of synthesizing data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical, commercial, and regional stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, matrix organization
