Responsibilities
* Creating an inviting environment in the store to guarantee a unique shopping experience for our customers.
* Coordinate, support and supervise a diverse team and ensure an excellent working atmosphere.
* Manage store budgets and operational processes to achieve sales goals, optimize performance and increase customer satisfaction.
* Support and lead the implementation of CONVERSE strategies in the store (e.g. sustainability, NIKE Inc. membership, digital offers).
* Provide insights to optimize the positioning of your store in the local market. Ensure that all CONVERSE standards and guidelines are adhered to.
* Work in cooperation with various business partners from stores and headquarters.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
* The passion for CONVERSE and/or the love of sport
* 5 years or more of retail and/or leadership experience
* Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
* Extensive experience and expertise in providing exceptional customer service
* Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* Independent and solution-oriented way of working
* The talent to build, develop and strengthen a strong team
* Willingness to work weekends and shifts
