Requirements: - Ph.D. background in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Sequencing, NGS Sequencing or related fields (Essential), with a bioinformatics background preferred; - General working knowledge of bioinformatics and sequence analysis methods; - Clear vision and sense of responsibility, willing to provide excellent service to customers; - Ability to troubleshoot and provide information back to customers in a helpful, courteous, positive and professional manner; - Good communication skills, able to establish good cooperation relationships with various departments within the company and customers; - Good written and oral communication skills in English, able to complete training and daily communication; - Able to adapt to domestic and international business trips; - Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
