In this role, you will lead strategic finance projects and investment governance for B2B, enabling data-driven decisions. You’ll manage cross-functional programs and Mu0026amp;A integration, shaping long-range financial plans and cost-efficiency initiatives. You’ll partner with multiple teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and enterprise standards. This position offers notable impact across B2B growth, investment discipline, and performance tracking.

• Lead strategic finance projects across B2B, from framing problems to implementation tracking
• Head OPEX workstreams for Mu0026A integration and translate deal theses into integration plans and targets
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to align investments with financial and strategic objectives
• Own long-range financial modeling for investments and cost efficiency, collaborating with B2B finance teams
• Design and maintain investment frameworks, governance routines, and decision documentation
• Establish recurring investment review forums with B2B leadership and prepare materials
• Track decisions and financial impacts, feeding into forecasts and stakeholder communications
• Support monthly/quarterly outlooks, variance analysis, and risk/opportunity tracking
• Develop standard dashboards and planning alignment with headcount, spend, and Pu0026L outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to B2B leaders and influence enterprise decisions
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• ≥5 years of progressive experience in finance, FPu0026A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting
• Strong financial modeling skills (multi-year and scenario models)
• Solid understanding of financial statements, unit economics, and B2B/platform metrics (e.g., EBITDA)
• Advanced Excel and experience with large data sets; BI tools experience (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Ability to xpzdshu synthesize complex topics into clear insights for senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Experience in B2B/platform/marketplace tech or travel, with exposure to Mu0026A
• Experience supporting Product u0026 Technology organizations and translating roadmaps into financial plans
• Familiarity with Workday, Oracle Cloud, and Tableau or similar planning/reporting tools
• Proven track record in designing/improving investment governance or capital allocation processes
