You’ll have significant ownership, visibility, and influence across both the platform and future security architecture roadmap. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliDesign and develop Key Management and Secrets Management systems focused on secure key generation, rotation, and lifecycle management. /liliBuild and optimise cryptographic workflows including envelope encryption and secure key wrapping mechanisms. /liliDevelop Kubernetes operators to automate deployment, scaling, recovery, and lifecycle management of security services. /liliBuild and maintain robust REST APIs for key management, signing, verification, and external key integrations. /liliOwn systems end-to-end within a “You Build It, You Run It” engineering environment. /liliPartner closely with security engineering and SRE teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance. /liliEnsure cryptographic implementations adhere to modern security standards including AES, RSA, ECDSA, and HMAC. /liliContinuously improve platform performance, scalability, auditability, and operational resilience. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliStrong software engineering background with deep experience in Go and Kubernetes. /liliHands-on experience building Kubernetes operators and cloud-native infrastructure systems. /liliStrong understanding of applied cryptography and secure systems design. /liliExperience working with cryptographic algorithms such as AES-GCM, RSA-OAEP, ECDSA, or HMAC. /liliStrong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and infrastructure automation. /liliExperience operating production systems within high-security or compliance-driven environments. /liliStrong ownership mindset with the ability to work across the full software lifecycle. /li /ulpbr/ppThis is a great opportunity to join a highly technical engineering environment with strong leadership from globally recognised technology companies, while benefiting from the agility of a fast-growing business combined with the stability and backing of a major enterprise group. /p
