What You'll Be Doing Drive Growth: Take ownership of selected customers in the DACH market and help them grow through stronger relationships, better follow-up, and more structured account development.
Be the Customer's Main Commercial Contact: Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and that they continue to grow with Foneday over time.
Develop Accounts: Focus on repeat business, customer retention, growth in monthly revenue, and identifying new upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Create More Value from Existing Business: Work on customers with real potential and help move them toward higher monthly spend and stronger long-term partnerships.
What We're Looking For Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering excellent service and building meaningful relationships with customers. Understanding that growth comes from trust, follow-up, and commercial consistency.
Commercial Growth Skills: Able to grow existing customers, ask the right commercial questions, spot opportunities, and move accounts forward.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Suite, Google Meet, and phone systems; quick to learn new software, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and adapt to new digital tools easily.
Strong Communicator: Excellent command of German and good English.
Self-Motivated: Successful in a remote environment, managing own time and staying organized.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Able to think on one's feet, adapt to customer situations, and find solutions quickly.
Reliability and Accountability: Take ownership of accounts, follow through on commitments, and work in a structured, commercial way.

Competitive Monthly Contractor Compensation: Earn between €2,760 and €3,300 per month, depending on experience and role fit. This amount already includes additional compensation for working as an independent contractor.
