Mission
As part of our strategy, the Investors Relations Operations team manages investor onboarding and operations for Qualitas Energy funds, handling investor information and reporting requirements.
Main responsibilities
* Preparation of quarterly reports for investors and additional reports for institutional investors, including SolvencyII reports.
* Financial analysis and returns calculations.
* Preparation of regulatory reports (CNMV, SEPBLAC).
* Calculation of management fees and review of the net asset value prepared by the Fund Administrator.
* Support for coordinating service providers based in Luxembourg.
* Support the Investor Relations Fundraising team in preparing Due Diligence for institutional investors.
Experience and requirements
* Full‑time availability.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Economics.
* At least 3years of professional experience in finance, accounting and/or financial audit or fund management or middle‑office positions in banking or asset management.
* Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Proficient use of Excel.
* Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Proactive and problem‑solving approach.
