**Purpose Of Role/ Technical Skills**:
The role holder will be responsible for the in life delivery of 24x7x365 technical support meeting the agreed contractual SLA’s.
All communications are in English (both written and spoken) as both the client and all other internal teams that we work with are global so it is important to have a good English level.
**The supported services are**:
- Firewalls
- WAF
- Proxies
- Vulnerability Management
- NAC
**Some of our daily BAU tasks include the following**:
- Incident management
- Change preparation + implementations
- Vendor engagement
- Troubleshooting calls

**Good To Have**:
- Higher grade formative cycle (University degree or Formación Cualificado Grado Superior)
- Network foundation certifications are highly valued as well as any vendor security related ones.
- At least 1 year work experience
