Your Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects in French Market Access (FMA) and HTA.
You will:
* Act as a Lead Analyst / Project Lead on Health Economics and HTA projects
* Take ownership of FMA-related activities, including work on CEESP submissions
* Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and define appropriate methodological approaches
* Lead the development of quantitative analyses (economic models, cost-effectiveness, budget impact, etc.)
* Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables, especially in line with French HTA requirements
* Manage projects and coordinate internal team members
* Act as a main point of contact for clients
* Lead or contribute to client meetings and strategic discussions
* Support business development activities (proposal writing, client relationship development)
* Mentor and guide junior consultants
Your Profile
* Master's degree (or higher) in Health Economics, Biostatistics, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in Health Economics / HTA
* Strong and hands-on experience with the French market, especially CEESP submissions
* Solid understanding of French Market Access (FMA) and HTA processes
* Strong quantitative profile (modeling, economic evaluation, data analysis)
* Ability to lead projects and take ownership
* Proficiency in Excel (VBA is a plus; R is a plus)
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral
* Fluent in English (French is highly valued for this role)
