**The Opportunity**:
Since 1925 Caterpillar has recognized the value of demonstrating products to its customers. The demonstration centers represent the outcome of that decade-long focus in which we offer some of the world's most evolved demonstration and learning programs available. A comprehensive infrastructure, including the latest technologies available in the market, support from highly skilled professionals, and customer-focused development programs ensure that time at our centers is extremely beneficial.
**What You Will Do**:
- **Product and Support Training Centers**:Manage and maintain the demonstration fleet, recommending replacement of models and configurations. Develop and maintain demonstration areas to best display product features and benefits.
**What You Have**:
- 8 years of high-level machine operating skills on Main machine family like Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Dozers and/or Trucks
- **Customer Focus**: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- **Relationship Management**:Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Basic working knowledge of computers and software packages.
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
**Additional Information**:
- Ability to travel globally 25-35% of time when required.
- A valid Spanish work permit is required. Visa/sponsorship is not available.
