The clinic is a nice and welcoming environment in the heart of Madrid (between Bilbao and Alonso Martinez)Sinews MTI is a mental health center that offers psychiatry, psychology, speech therapy and coaching services in different languages, rendering services to international clients and expat community, among others.Position is 37.5 hours/week.(Full-time) is Mondays and Tuesdays 14:30-21:30, and 8:00 to 15:00 Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and one Saturday per month 8:00 to 15:00.Salary: 1672€Benefits: Transport card (paid BonoMetro), option to apply for health insurance. (After probation period)Bilingual, or advanced proficiency, in both English and Spanish (written and oral), with substantial professional experience in both languages.Experience in reception & multi-tasking preferred.Highly organised and attention to detail skills valued.Tasks include:
* Assisting clients in person, over the phone and email regarding appointments, charges, invoices and other information.
* Managing agendas of around 30 professionals.
* Administrative tasks (records on Excel, Word Documents, etc).
