We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist (f/m) with a high level of English and with extensive hands-on experience to join our technical team in the Banking sector. The ideal candidate will focus on the development and integration of solutions within the Copilot Service Workspace, acting as a key contributor to the evolution of our container-based integration layer.
Your mission will be to design, implement, and optimize advanced customizations and channel integrations within Dynamics 365, ensuring high performance, seamless usability, and maintainability for critical banking operations.
What would be your main responsibilities in this position?
* Solution Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions to meet business needs.
* Workspace Integration: Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced integrations within the Copilot Service Workspace.
* Channel Integration Framework: Implement and configure the Channel Integration Framework (CIF) to embed and connect external applications seamlessly.
* Frontend Development: Develop frontend logic, custom behaviors, and web resources using JavaScript and TypeScript within the Dynamics ecosystem.
* SDK Management: Work closely with the Microsoft APM SDK to enable smooth application integration inside the Dynamics environment.
* End-to-End Collaboration: Collaborate with backend and integration teams to guarantee robust end-to-end functionality and a container-based integration approach.
What are the mandatory requirements for this position?
* Core Technology: Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service .
* Specialized Tools: Practical experience working with Copilot Service Workspace, Channel Integration Framework (CIF), and Microsoft APM SDK .
* Development Skills: Strong experience in JavaScript development specifically within Dynamics environments.
* Architecture: Ability to work on embedded/integrated applications inside Dynamics using a container-based approach.
* Soft Skills: High analytical skills to align complex technical solutions with functional requirements, and the ability to work autonomously in complex integration scenarios.
What do we value especially (Nice to Have)?
* Experience with TypeScript and building custom UI integrations within Dynamics 365.
* Solid understanding of frontend architecture patterns in enterprise applications.
* Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools such as Jira .
