As Customer Service & Sales Administration Manager, you will be at the heart of a major transformation—driving new ways of working, integrating teams across borders, and setting the foundation for operational excellence.
What you’ll achieve
* Lead Process Transformation: You will drive the implementation and stabilization of new processes across order management, invoicing, pricing, and returns, ensuring smooth transitions and strong stakeholder alignment.
* Champion Change & Adoption: You will promote best practices, guide teams through change, and ensure new ways of working are fully embedded across Customer Excellence and Sales Administration.
* Design for Efficiency: You will define and implement the organizational model that best supports the new processes, bringing clarity, ownership, and efficiency—while successfully integrating the Portugal team.
* Fuel Continuous Improvement: You will proactively identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve service quality, and elevate operational efficiency across the function.
* Empower High-Performing Teams: You will lead with confidence and collaboration, creating an environment where teams feel supported, accountable, and motivated to deliver excellence.
Who you are
Process-Driven Leader
* You bring proven experience leading teams and managing end-to-end order management processes.
* You combine structure, clarity, and decisiveness to keep operations running smoothly.
SAP & Systems Expert
* You have solid hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly within the SD module.
* Experience with EDI systems is essential;
familiarity with ESKER is a strong plus.
