What to Expect
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and superior experience to customers collecting their new Tesla. You will be part of the front-of-house team that supports sales and delivery activities, acting as a delivery handover expert who can answer questions about the customer's new car. Your primary focus is on delivering a frictionless and exceptional customer experience, ensuring each customer feels valued, heard, and supported. You are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You will work with a larger sales and delivery team, collaborating closely and flexibly on all tasks, with a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.
What You'll Do
* Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing a positive and memorable first impression.
* Assist with the delivery process, including guiding customers to their vehicle and facilitating a smooth final checkout experience.
* Provide product orientation, highlight key features, and guide customers on how to operate the vehicle and use its features before driving away in their new car.
* Verify and confirm that all required documents are present and in order prior to delivery.
* Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicles meet Tesla’s high quality standards.
* Act as a point of contact for post-sale inquiries, providing assistance and support as required.
* Liaise with the delivery team to keep customers updated on progress and delivery timelines.
* Where necessary, assist with test drives, highlighting the vehicle’s capabilities, safety features, and performance.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, delivering an excellent customer experience aligned with Tesla values.
What You'll Bring
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage with customers (Spanish and English proficiency indicated in the original).
* Strong knowledge of Tesla’s products, including vehicles, solar panels, and energy storage solutions.
* Ability to communicate information in an easy-to-understand manner.
* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required.
