What will you do?
* Responsible for operating the SAP HCM system (H4S4) with a focus on payroll and personnel administration.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and collective agreement requirements.
* System customizing and configuration, error analysis, and technical enhancements, including ABAP code analysis.
* Coordinate the implementation of customer requirements across the relevant SAP HCM modules.
* Contribute the continuous improvement of the HR IT landscape including the consideration of new technologies.
What's your story?
* Professional experience as an SAP HCM IT-Consultant.
* Comprehensive knowledge of German payroll processes and regulations, customizing incl. schemas and rules.
* Experience with HR Smart Forms is an advantage.
* Solid technical skills in ABAP debugging.
* Good English skills, written and spoken.
* Analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, customer focus, ability to engage and persuade others.
Nice to have:
* Experience with international payroll (e.g. Poland)
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
* Basic German skills written and spoken
