This role will report to the Group Marketing Jr. Brand Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to understand how media planning and advertising decisions are made—and to quantify their impact on the business. You will turn data into decision-ready insights through clear storytelling and rigorous data quality checks as well as keep a living check on competitors and standout campaigns; support cross-mar k et TV planning and effectiveness read-outs; translate social listening into actionable feedback; and share learnings quic k ly with a service-minded approach. The Group Data for Advertising Intern will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in a wide range of topics, develop hard & soft s k ills and wor k with colleagues from various bac kg rounds (other functions in Innovation projects, mar ke ting in our 17 countries in Communications projects). As priorities, you will: Lead the timely and accurate collection of mar k et data, ensuring its integration into efficiency models and the development of dashboards and insightful, user-friendly reports. Integrate business efficiency learnings with brand insights to strengthen decision- ma k ing. Manage and update media plans across markets, ensuring clear visibility into content, and efficiency results. Create user-friendly reports that capture audience reactions to advertisements and communications on social media. Collaborate with the marketing intelligence team to enhance data accuracy, drive more relevant insights, and advance automation. Facilitate sharing of existing and new learnings with fast response, “excellence of service" attitude to all stakeholders interested in bringing advertising insights to their decision-making process. Lead competitive intelligence by tracking competitor data and keeping an up-to-date content overview using mar k et inputs, group data, and desk research. Support the analysis of other brands and inspiring campaigns to bring outside-in perspectives.
