International Key Account Manager - Pet Supplements
ABOUT THE ROLEAminolabs is looking for a passionate and experienced International Key Account Manager – Pet Supplements to join our team and drive the growth of our Pet Nutrition portfolio across key international markets.You will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, expanding our client base in the pet food and veterinary industries, and acting as a key liaison between our R&D, production, and retail partners. Your deep understanding of pet supplements, retail dynamics, and international business development will be crucial to your success.
YOUR FUNCTIONDevelop and execute international sales strategies for pet supplementsBuild strong relationships with retailers, veterinary chains and brand owners in the pet food sectorAct as an internal ambassador, representing and advocating for our customers' interestsIdentify and capitalize on new business opportunitiesAssist existing customers in enhancing and expanding their current portfolioEnsure optimal use of company resources for maximum efficiency and effectivenessAct as a consultant for customers, guiding them when their ideas may not align with best practices or market trendsChampion and defend business cases to managementProactively identify and advocate for emerging trends, ensuring the company remains ahead of the curveAttend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across Europe
QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Dietetics & Nutrition or Chemical Engineering (Food)Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the pet food or veterinary industriesA strong track record in selling to retail or working with pet food brands across international markets. At least experience in retail sector is a plusFluent in English & Spanish. French and German are a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven track record in sales and business developmentAbility to analyze market trends and anticipate customer needsConfidence in presenting and defending business strategiesCommitment to fostering long-term customer relationshipsYou are willing to travel
