Role Description
- Support customers (support level 2 / support expert) in the scope of Audience measurement systems (audio matching / watermarking technology).
- Analyze and reproduce customers’ issues, troubleshoot and resolve them through workarounds or technical solutions.
- Track issues through a ticketing tool and maintain permanent dialogue with customers.
- Assist customers with the installation and maintenance of their systems.
- Install and test new product versions and verify that they are correctly tested before release to customers.
- Write process or informational notes (FAQ, How To, technical notes) related to setup, commissioning and support of Audience measurement systems to aid customers.
- Support presales activities through technical advice when necessary.
- Good written and fluent oral communication in English is required.
- Support activities may require occasional travel abroad.
Experience Required
- Technical experience in network distributed architectures (cloud services, Docker, VirtualBox, Kubernetes, AWS, IBM Cloud, Azure, etc.) based on Linux systems, ideally for multimedia applications (video/audio).
- Ideally, first experience as a support engineer, test engineer or field engineer for a systems integrator or manufacturer.
Technical Skills
- Experience in system administration with Linux (Debian / Redhat / CentOS).
- Knowledge of network protocols basics (routing, tunneling, etc.) and network issues debugging experience.
- Audio technologies experience and basic audio analysis (Audacity tools).
- Audio interfaces knowledge (sound cards, audio interface), professional TV tuners.
- Script shell experience with Python in Linux environment.
- System monitoring tools knowledge like Zabbix.

- Good written and fluent oral communication in English.
- Customer satisfaction oriented with the capacity to maintain a good relationship with customers under any circumstances.
- Team spirit oriented within an international and multi‑cultural organization.
- Highly organized and able to manage concurrent requests from customers.
- Issue analysis oriented and technically rigorous.
- Autonomous to investigate complex issues and to manage corrective actions.
