We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to reinforce our team and continue to push an excellent, agile, client‑oriented service.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key part of the commercial engine, coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient and quality service.
Create customer quotations following the instructions of the Commercial Manager and the commercial team, using our internal ERP.
Maintain commercial offers and assist in resolving incidents.
Propose IT improvements to optimize the quoting tool.
Ensure compliance with sales policies defined by the commercial team.
Qualifications
Education in International Trade, Transportation, or Logistics.
At least 1 year of experience in similar functions or in maritime freight operations (Forwarding / Traficking).
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Good command of office tools (Office suite, Windows environment, email).
High adaptability, quick learning, clear client orientation (internal and external).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
