**Job description**
We are looking for an **HR Business Partner** to join our team in Madrid responsible of driving and promotion of Group’s HR policies among the assigned brand. Reporting to HR Manager and Brand Manager full responsibility on all HR activities in his/her areas. Will hold the following main functions:
Staff Administration: (Labor Relations, Social Security and tax procedures, Disciplinary Company policies and legal conflicts termination, Labor Advice, Occupational Health and Safety, HR KPI’s analysis and reporting)
Recruiting: Hiring processes methodology and structure design, screening and recruiting requirements planning, Sales, and middle management profiles.
Training: Training actions management and monitoring.
HR Development: Annual performance appraisals, job profiles and internal development scales design, C&B; policies and incentive schemes
**Professional requirements**
Bachelor degree.
Advanced office suite user
Previous experience in HR Retail
**Languages**
Fluent in English
Other languages as a plus
