Ensure full process traceability and deliver structured candidate shortlists with clear recommendations. /li /ulpbr/ppbHiring Onboarding: /b /pulli Collect and validate employee documentation, coordinate employment contracts with local legal advisors, and manage timely social security registrations (as applicable per country). Oversee onboarding processes, including checklist tracking and follow-up during the first month. /li /ulpbr/ppbEmployee Administration Payroll Support: /b /pulli Accurately manage and report payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, vacations, sick leave, and absences), supporting pre-payroll validation in collaboration with Finance and external providers across Spain and LATAM. Prepare employment certifications and standard documentation as required. /li /ulpbr/ppbLabour Compliance Health Safety: /b /pulli Ensure adherence to local labour regulations in Spain and LATAM markets, maintain secure and compliant employee records, and coordinate relevant documentation and reporting where required. /li /ulpbr/ppbEmployee Support Culture: /b /pulli Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, leave, and documentation, while promoting a culture of clarity, continuous improvement, and a strong results-oriented mindset across regions. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkillset Experience Required /b /ppbr/pulli Degree, diploma, or advanced studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field. /lili3+ years of experience in recruitment, hiring, payroll support, and employee administration. Experience across bSpain and/or LATAM markets /b, ideally in high-volume environments such as services, contact centres, technology, or hospitality. /lili Strong understanding of labour processes, payroll inputs, and employee administration.
