Manages programs and projects from conception successfully through to completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Effectively leverages and monitors IT external vendors, coordinates a team of IT experts and technical resources, and ensures alignment with key stakeholders.Brings subject matter expertise in multiple business and / or technology domains to solve business problems or needs, especially in HR technologies.What you’ll be doingOverall responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to technology and business function projects in accordance with our project management methodology.Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, timelines, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.Develops detailed project plans, specifying goals, strategies, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, and resource allocation.Coordinates assignment of project personnel.Works closely with Business & IT stakeholders for escalations and collaborates with all IT team members throughout all project phases from start to finish.Anticipates the impact of projects on the organization and proactively manages change, aligning with key leaders.Manages external resources effectively, including offshore delivery models.Negotiates and influences internal and external partners and resources.Manages identified project risks and implements mitigation strategies.Demonstrates leadership skills, including delegation, team-building, and efficient resource management.Manages project budgets, including planning, tracking, and maintenance.Engages stakeholders, including senior leadership, to support and own major projects.Possesses or is willing to obtain recognized project management certifications such as PMI or Prince2.Achieves targets related to quality, time, and cost, adhering to management and delivery processes, policies, and standards.Ensures project delivery according to quality, schedule, and budget expectations, maintaining customer satisfaction.Leads project teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.About youAt least 6+ years of experience, including 4-6 years in project or program management within a large global IT organization or consultancy.Proven track record of delivering projects within budget.Knowledge of HR IT technologies (e.G., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Talent Link).Understanding of HR processes such as Time Management, Performance Management, Employee Onboarding, Document Management, and Case Management.Ability to lead global virtual teams.Excellent presentation and communication skills at all organizational levels.Knowledge of IT project methodologies.Hands-on experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.English proficiency at an expert level.Education :
