Etro spa es una marca italiana de moda y lujo, fundada en 1969 y que pone su atencion a la calidad de los tejidos y estampados.Tiene collecciones pret à porter para hombre y mujer y acesorios.We are seeking a part-time (32h) Client Advisor for our boutique in Madrid Eci Serrano.She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage- Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony- Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products- Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business- Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies- Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication- Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines- Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandiseFollow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policiesKey Requirements- Deep passion for fashion and luxury- Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude- Ability to adapt to different customers- Team-playing attitude- Strong communication skills- Ability to work in a dynamic environment- Fluent in english. Another language is a plus
