As Senior Azure Cloud Engineer, you will anchor SGS’s cloud operations, ensuring stable, secure, and scalable global Azure environments. You’ll bridge architecture design with hands-on execution within the IT Production team, collaborating with cross‑regional delivery teams. Your work drives cloud governance, automation, observability, and cost optimization to support SGS’s worldwide operations. This role offers impact in a multinational, open culture with opportunities to shape enterprise‑grade cloud services. You will be a key escalation point and enabler of continuous improvement in cloud delivery.

• Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of critical Azure services
• Act as Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents and perform in-depth troubleshooting
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure, configurations, and processes
• Harden Azure resources and enforce enterprise security standards
• Implement governance using Azure Policies, Blueprints, and RBAC
• Manage large-scale Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 deployments
• Lead IaC efforts with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates to automate infrastructure
• Design and implement monitoring with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
• Develop proactive alerting to detect anomalies before they impact operations
• Support cloud cost optimization through budgeting, orphan resource identification, and rightsizing
• Operate within ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management
• Document and safely execute production changes
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104)
• Minimum 5+ years in a similar xpzdshu engineering role; at least 3 years hands‑on with Azure production environments
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure; AWS knowledge is a plus
• Strong knowledge of compute and networking services (VMSS, App Services, VNET peering, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways, Azure Firewall)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for infrastructure deployments
