**What You'll Do**:
**Product Development & Strategy**:
- Analyze market trends in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), mobile operator authentication, SIM-based verification, and carrier identity services to identify new product opportunities
- Work closely with engineering teams to enhance and expand our verification APIs to meet evolving security demands and mobile operator integration requirements
- Support the development of AI-powered identity theft, synthetic account detection, and fraud prevention capabilities
**Customer-Focused Innovation**:
- Conduct user research to understand pain points in current authentication flows and identify opportunities for mobile operator-based improvements
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design developer experiences supporting the development and deployment of identity and authentication services
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Partner with engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure verification products meet industry standards and mobile operator requirements
- Work with carrier relations and business development teams to expand mobile operator partnerships and authentication capabilities
- Coordinate with other product managers across RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, SMS, and Numbers services to create integrated mobile authentication experiences
- Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise during customer conversations and mobile operator partnership discussions
**Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence**:
- Monitor the competitive landscape in CPaaS mobile verification, Identity and Access Management, as well as carrier-based identity and authentication services
- Stay current with regional regulations affecting identity verification services
- Contribute to product positioning and messaging for our identity and authentication products
**What You'll Bring**:
**Strong Technical Foundation**:
- General understanding of mobile operator messaging and network API services, ideally with hands-on experience with CPaaS APIs
- Technical knowledge and experience in the delivery of SaaS or PaaS product offerings
- Comfortable conveying technical concepts and requirements to engineering and cross-organizational groups (sales, support, operations, security, privacy, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools
- Knowledge of database systems, SQL, and log analysis tools (Kibana)
- Working knowledge of at least one coding language
**Product Management Skills**:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive product decisions
- Experience or exposure to Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including mobile operator partners
- Project management abilities with experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
**Industry Knowledge**:
- Awareness and understanding of emerging AI technologies
- Awareness of current trends in mobile operator messaging services, carrier identity verification, and SaaS and PaaS security
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting mobile identity verification and carrier services
- Strong interest in emerging technologies such as silent mobile authentication, network-based identity verification, and AI-powered mobile security
**What Is Required for the Application**:
**Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree with technical certifications
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales engineering, solutions architect, or technical consulting roles
- Exposure to identity and authentication technologies, Identity and Access Management (IAM), 2FA/MFA systems, or mobile operator services
- Experience with or strong interest in CPaaS, telecommunications platforms, or mobile operator API services
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and user feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
