We are looking for an energetic, creative and dynamic Junior Social Media Manager who has an innovative spirit to support and enhance SanLucar’s social media presence.
As Junior Social Media Manager, you’ll report directly to the Online Digital Manager and play a key role in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and helping execute impactful campaigns. Your passion - our daily business
* You will coordinate visual and written content for platforms like Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* You will adapt content for different formats and audiences while maintaining brand
tone and identity.
* You will schedule and publish posts and ads using tools like Google Ads, Meta
Business Suite, and TikTok Business Suite.
* You will monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across
platforms.
* You will support an engaging and positive online community and escalate complex
interactions to the Online Digital Manager.
* You will assist in the execution of campaigns, including influencer collaborations,
contests, and product launches.
* You will coordinate with external partners and content creators.
* You will organize and analyze performance data metrics such as engagement, reach,
and growth.
* You will prepare monthly reports and dashboards.
* You will stay updated on social media trends and propose new and creative ideas to enhance our online presence.
* You will collaborate with teams like design, product, and HR to gather and align
content.

What you'll bring along
* Higher studies or vocational training in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or
similar.
* Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or
content creation.
* You have an advanced level in Office tools.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Suite, SproutSocial), basic knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity tools, and video editing apps.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal). German will be a plus.
* Strong digital curiosity: Keeping up-to-date with trends, creativity, and attention to
detail.
