Senior QA with solid experience in Test Automation and leading offshore teams, you will help to empower our QA Team with your knowledge and experience in test automation as well as manual testing, mentoring the Team with passion, vision and innovative mindset, keep on improving our testing framework with a strong focus on automation, establish clear and measurable KPIs to monitor the quality of our product development lifecycle.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
QA Automation
within complex software ecosystems
Leading offshore teams (Malaysia and India)
Java (or another OOP language)
for building and maintaining automation frameworks
TestNG (or similar), and
end-to-end (E2E) test flows
API testing, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
data-driven testing ,
test parametrization, and reusable automation components
SQL
with practical experience in databases (ideally PostgreSQL and Oracle DB)
Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket)
lead technical initiatives
in QA automation
Mentor and support other QA Engineers in improving their automation and technical skills
Drive continuous improvement of testing frameworks, tools, and processes
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Kafka
performance testing
and monitoring
