As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in enabling our VP’s and Directors to operate effectively by ensuring seamless organization, communication, and administrative support. You will act as a trusted partner, connecting people, priorities, and processes across a global organization.
Working in close collaboration with senior leadership and international teams, this role offers a great opportunity to develop in a dynamic and multicultural environment, while contributing to the efficiency and success of our organization.
Reporting to a VP or Director, you will provide daily support in managing agendas, communications, and activity coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What are you going to do?
As a structured and service-oriented professional, you ensure that daily operations run efficiently and that stakeholders are well supported. You are able to prioritize, anticipate needs, and bring clarity in a fast-paced environment.
You manage communication, organize agendas, and coordinate key activities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. You act as a central point of contact, facilitating collaboration across teams and locations.
