Reporting to Validation Outsourcing Manager, mission is to build a comprehensive overview of the electrical system test scopes requested across the different projects in product development and technology development.
Plans, prepares and coordinates electrical system test campaigns according to the company Test Project model standards, throughout all stages of SGRE PLM Q-gate process.

How to contribute to our vision
- Develop a comprehensive test plan, with the inputs provided by the electrical design module, to accommodate all level test need, from component to final system integration.
- Deploy and follow up test plan with the test engineers in the team, with a close control on schedule, budget, and risks.
- Provide technical guidance in the test design phase.
- Support test engineers in the team in the test campaign preparation (material procurement, data acquisition architecture, logistics)
- Support test engineers in the coordination of teams and contractors to prepare and execute the test campaigns (assembly, instrumentation, inspection, operation, maintenance)
- Ensure that all concurrent activities associated to a certain test have been assessed from the Health and Safety and Environmental points of view. Manage that the execution of these activities is done in compliance with the HSE Control Plan develop on the basis of the test campaign HSE Risk Assessment.
- Monitor the test campaigns carried out by external test facilities.
- Review test results with solution owners and approve test report documentation
- Act as single focal point for the electrical test activities towards line manager and Platform test program manager.
What you need to make a difference
- Supports Test Program Manager in clarifying stakeholder requirements and specifications.
- Designs and develops technical specification, and timeline, milestones and budget needed in the project.
- Coordinates resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.
- Negotiates or contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
- Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.
- Monitors the budget adherence and may take actions to minimize non-conformance costs.
- Checks test results, designs respective test procedures and monitors test results.
- Ensures proper documentation of test results, and of all products or technologies delivered.
- Adheres to PM standards defined, and manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.
