For our Barcelona offices we are searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist.
Content Management:
Write content for our website, focusing on conversion and SEO.
Create blog posts aligned with SEO positioning strategies.
Customize international materials to suit local market (Spain and Portugal).
Support franchise growth with specific content (texts, landing pages, brochures).
Write and adapt AI-generated texts, ensuring quality and consistency.
Ensure a high level of writing quality, clarity and consistency across all digital content.
Content SEO:
Apply basic SEO principles: identify user search intent, optimize titles, subtitles, meta descriptions, and overall structure.
Ensure website content aligns with SEO strategy.
Support the optimization of website pages and blog articles following SEO best practices.
Manage and update website content using CMS platforms, mainly WordPress .
Upload, edit and structure website pages, blog posts and landing pages following SEO and conversion best practices.
Ensure content consistency, formatting and optimization across the website.
Ability to adapt quickly to proprietary platforms and internal CMS tools, used for managing website content and digital assets.
CRM, Marketing Automation & Lead Management:
Support the management and optimization of the CRM platform (HubSpot or similar) .
Create and manage email marketing workflows, automated campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
Maintain and update contact databases ensuring data quality and segmentation accuracy.
Support the marketing and sales teams in managing leads and customer lifecycle stages within the CRM.
Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion) and suggest improvements.
Ability to quickly learn and work with proprietary CRM platforms, including internal tools used for lead management, communications and newsletter distribution.
Social Media (LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, and YouTube):
Schedule the social media content and publish according to calendar.
Analyze, measure, and optimize the Social Media content strategy.
Email Marketing and Communication:
Draft internal and franchise network communications, PR materials.
Support on email marketing.
Graphic Design Support (it ́s a PLUS):
Collaborate on the development of graphic design materials for social media, website, and brochures.
Experience with Adobe tools is a strong plus.
Suggest visual ideas to improve digital ad content (Google Ads, Social Ads, YouTube).
Degree in Marketing, Communications, ADE, Graphic Design, Engineering, Data Science, or similar.
~Native Spanish, fluent English, Catalan (is a plus)
