order management, invoicing and follow-ups in SAP
, acting as the key link between customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities Order processing
: create and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. Sales & customer support
: provide information, resolve issues and support customers after the sale. Internal coordination
: liaise with teams such as
Sales, Logistics, Installation, Public Tenders, Credit & Collection
, etc. Manage the customer journey
: from the initial request to final delivery, following company procedures and policies. Continuous improvement
: suggest ideas to optimize processes and ways of working. Administrative tasks
: handle documentation and regular administrative duties in line with established procedures.
