Develop, manage and monitor, anually and month by month up to 45 days before the operation, the needs ofmanpower of crew members population assigned (pilots or TCP - how many, where, and for how long) of all flightsoperated globally by Vueling, in accordance with Company business needs and the current regulatory framework,in order to build an optimal airline crew resource plan (right balance between efficiency, robustness, and quality oflife of crew members), ensuring need of manpower that the company needs to operate the flights that the businessplan requires.
Collect, from different departments, of all necessary and relevant information about business & operation needs, flight crew requeriments, assumptions and pairings possibilities,in order to ensure that all the necessary information is available to carry out the manpower planning and budget of pilots or TCPs.
Develop, manage and monthly monitor the anual manpower business plan of pilots or TCPs,in order to identify how much we can fly with the avalilable resources, balancing them to manage peaks of demand, optimizing training planning and resource planning decisions, and ensuring the execution and constant readjustment of the plan;
besides, providesavailability for holidays and trainings.
Participate in the development and monitorization of manpower anual budget and carry out rolling forecasts of pilots or TCPs,in order to provide useful, consistent and updated data to budgeting and finance departments, guaranteeing an smooth execution of the budget.
Identify the need of recruiting of crew members (pilots or TCP), and coordinate their needs of mandatory training,in order to assure that they will be hired, trained and ready for operating the flights
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Management, Business Administration or a related field.
