The position will be responsible for certain operations related to
logistics
within the Logistics Department of the Camper
Headquarters (HQ) .
Enter, update, and manage data in the logistics-specific management system (ERP/WMS), such as creating deliveries for preparation, performing inventory adjustments, and updating events/dates for goods traceability.
Ensure stock accuracy between warehouse WMS and our ERP, monitoring and adjusting any discrepancies.
Daily tracking of delivery creation, monitoring for warehouse preparation within SLA.
Daily tracking of returns processing, monitoring for warehouse manipulation within SLA, coordinating the solution of incidences.
Manage and control costs associated with warehouse services.
Proactively communicate with the warehouse, and other departments to resolve incidents quickly and
Communicate demand/production to the warehouse to secure the required capacity.
Degree: Higher Degree in Logistics and Transport or Administration and Finance, or University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
Experience: Not required, however it would be valued to have 1-3 years of work experience for a multinational or international brand in a similar position.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel and desirable experience in SAP (or any other ERP) and transport management tools.
Good communication skills: ability to convey clear instructions both orally and in writing.
Affinity for the CAMPER and NNORMAL brands.
Fluent in Spanish & English
