You will be directly responsible for the technical execution of the project in the field. Main projects located in USA.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and organize the phases of project execution, defining schedules, milestones, and deliverables.Determine the human, technical, and material resources necessary for project development.Supervise and coordinate staff under your responsibility, including supervisors and team leaders.Coordinate closely with the engineering team for the reception, analysis, and implementation of technical assembly information.Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors the resources and conditions necessary for the progress of the work.Ensure compliance with quality standards, industrial safety, and applicable regulations.Report periodically on the progress of the work to the Project Manager and maintain fluid communication with the end customer.Resolve technical and operational incidents that may arise during assembly.Ensure the correct documentation and technical closure of the facilities.What will you need as a successful Project Site Manager?Bachelor s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or similar.
